It is a simple 5 step process.

1. Payment: Do inform us before making any payment. Please do not make single payments above Rs. 49000 ($ 1000).

Choose payment mode, after referring our charges. Payment can be made by -

b. Western Union: Send payment through Western Union money transfer in favor of Lisha Paul, payable at Chennai.

2. Info transfer: Send your essay/SoP questions, essays/SoPs drafts and contact details to essaylabb@gmail.com.

3. Contact: We will contact you through email or phone to fix a time for the discussion session. You can choose between a telecon or a Skype/ Google (Id: essaylabb) talk or an email based interaction. Calls within India would be made us. If you are based out of India and choose a telecon for the discussion, then you would be calling us.

4. Discussion: The content (stories, perspectives) of the answers would be provided by you. Nothing outside our interactions would be part of the final essays. This information is captured during the extensive discussion session(s). If a tele-conversation or Skype/Google talk is chosen then we will have a Q/A session at the appointed time. If an email interaction is chosen we will send across a questionnaire which you can answer. All interactions begin only after receipt of complete payment. The interaction would be scheduled at least 48 hours from the receipt of payment/drafts. This time period could increase during tight schedules. The slot can be scheduled for any time other than between 4 AM and 11 AM IST.

5. Delivery: We will deliver the completed essays in exactly 5 days from completion of interaction. This will be the final product and no further iterations will be entertained.

In case you require brainstorming, the brainstorming session would precede Step 2. In case the essays are to be written from scratch, Step 2 would be sending us your resume and all pointers relevant to the application questions.
